Meeting Registration

Register online at CA_NV_APTF_2018

Please register for the meeting right away! Early registration is extremely helpful because an accurate count of meeting attendees is needed for organizing. Meeting costs must be paid in advance, and we are a volunteer organization that depends on your active participation and support!

Book your hotel room early! We have a discount on rooms at the Holiday Inn Auburn (10 minute drive from The Ridge) but you must book by December 31st (see below).

Early registration fee $99.00, closes December 15th, 2017 (register earlier, please!)

Late registration fee $115.00, available after December 15th, 2017 through online registration or at the meeting. Late registration at the door may be paid by credit card, cash, or check (payable to Amphibian and Reptile Conservancy). Please register early because we have to estimate attendee numbers for refreshments and banquet.

Registration includes dinner on Thursday evening as well as morning and break refreshments on Thursday and Friday. Lunch is not included in the registration fee, but a variety of lunch options are available.
